Observation: 1. Heavy grease build up on shelving beside 2 element burner (Fryer?)
2. Cutting board surface on prep table no longer white. Surface is stained, soiled and sticky to the touch.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Area must be cleaned and degreased daily. Highly recommended to find an alternate location to store fryer wok.

Storage:
All food items were stored at least 6" off the floor.
All products were either in original packaging or covered inside coolers.
Storage area was well-organized.
