A follow-up inspection was completed: - Aluminum foil lining the donair machine is new. Good job in changing it every night. - Patron tables and stainless steel surfaces are clean and absent of grease. - The outside of cooking equipment, the prep tables cooking equipment sit on, and the wall behind and below the cooking equipment have been cleaned. ACTION Clean the floor under the front stainless steel prep tables as there is accumulated grease and food still found on the floor. Clean this area every night with hot soapy water.
