All hand washing sinks are stocked with liquid soap and paper towel; hot & cold running water - available;
New heating element for the hot holding unit has been ordered and received/going to be changed (more cleaning still required/a top).
No pests at the time of inspection (Pest Management Service was on site to rectify the issue.)
Cleaning has been done.
Food is stored safely at the time of inspection.

Note: Small front prep cooler on border line (no potentially hazardous food in the cooler/not in use); If you planning to use the cooler, ensure it's <= 4.0 C;

Note: Washrooms (W & M): The hand washing units cause very much inconvenience for guests and staff.
Often no water; or hand dryer and/or soap dispenser is/are not working. This is ridiculous.

Note: Staff put liquid soap containers/balk and paper towel on units.

Recommendation: Replace the hand washing units;
