Code 205 noted on Routine inspection # BWOI-D49SGW of Apr-12-2024 Cold potentially hazardous food stored/displayed above 4 °C. [s. 14(2)] Observation: Manager was aware the sandwich prep cooler was not properly cold holding this morning but was still using it to store perishables inside. Cooler was at approx 12c. Correction: Perisabales were discarded at time of inspection as they had been in the cooler for approx 4 hours. Premises is able to use adjacent cooler to store perishable inside.
