-Follow-up inspection to March 09, 2023. -Hot foods cooked the previous night was cooled in shallow containers and was at 4C. Sauce is then transferred to larger containers. -Did not observe foods covered in garbage bags at the time of inspection. -Bleach was properly prepared at 100ppm at the time of inspection. Container was properly labelled at the time of inspection. Ensure containers are labelled as needed. -Sweets were properly protected from potential contamination at the time of inspection. -Did not observe shelving units lined with cardboard at the time of inspection. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns. -Signature not required due to COVID-19.
