* Prep-fridge 3 was 12C, as per staff, unit is only used during lunch rush for a maximum time of 2 hours
- Drink fridge was below 4C, no perishable products
- Chest freezer was below -18C, internal probe temperature -23C
- Upright freezer was at -14.4C, however, products were solid to touch
- Thermometers present in all fridges and freezers
- Red Bull fridge was below 4C; no perishable products
General sanitation & Maintenance:
- 3-compartment sink, plugs, & bleach available (was not in use during inspection)
- Bleach sanitizer in buckets available & was measured at a concentration of 200ppm
- Ventilation hood was in good order & maintained during inspection
