Hand wash sinks provided with liquid soap and paper towel

Coolers: 4C Freezers: -18C All freezers and coolers are connected to a general monitoring system to ensure temperatures remain within acceptable range. A probe thermometer is available to check temperatures of food inside coolers.

QUATS Sanitizer is used to sanitize in-use equipment at the end of the day, residual between 200-400ppm. Operator provided logs of daily testing.

Meat shipped within BC only.

Food storage good. No evidence of pests.

COVID19 review was done at the same time as the routine inspection, please see separate report
