- Follow up inspection is conducted: - The handwashing station at the back near dishwasher is now available for handwashing. Ensure that it not blocked with utensils. Handwashing sign is provided. - The exhaust fan in walk-in cooler is now clean and maintained in sanitary condition - The knives holder is removed from in between the counter. Knives are stored in a tray in sanitary manner - Food storage is satisfactory NOTE: Exhaust canopy is not deep cleaned yet. Operator stated that the appointment is set for May 9th.
