306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: Trace mouse droppings observed in the following locations: below dry storage shelving in dishwashing room, behind right sliding door at retail sampling station and below shelving in VM storage room. Corrective Action(s): All areas described are to be thoroughly cleaned to remove all debris from surfaces. Areas affected by pest activity must be sanitized with dilute bleach solution (100 ppm chlorine 1 tsp bleach / 1 liter water) after cleaning. Violation Score: 3

Handwashing facilities maintained (warm water, stocked liquid soap and papertowel dispensers) in dishwasher room, sampling station and staff washroom. Professional pest control service in place. Sanitizer feeder system dispensing 200 ppm Quaternary Ammonia High temperature sanitizing dishwasher 73 C achieved. Back room cooler and sampling station cooler are empty and turned off as sampling is currently not offered as part of premise COVID-19 protocols.
