Observation: 6 staff files were reviewed and 4/6 were found to be missing valid criminal record checks. Manager stated that 3/4 had been applied for.
Corrective Action(s): Please ensure Criminal Record Checks are in place prior to staff starting.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 6 Staff files were reviewed and 2/6 were found to be missing immunization status.
