Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishwasher not dipsensing chlorine into final rinse. Once primed concentration was still reading 0 ppm chlorine. Once container was changed with a new container of chlorine and primed a residual of 100ppm was detected in final rinse.
Corrective Action(s): Staff to be trained on how to test chlorine residual in final rinse. All utensils to be rewashed as monitoring log datafor the dishwasher has a 1 week gap.
