-hand sink fully equipped with soap and paper towels in dispenser -bleach at 100ppm -all temps met health requirements -general sanitation good Requirements for next spring: -Hand sink to be installed in closer proximity to new ice cream scooping area -dishwashing and hand washing sink in main kitchen to be renovated to include 3 compartment dishwashing sink and a separate hand washing sink -hot holding dipper well has been installed in new ice cream scooping area, recommend purchasing a second set of metal inserts so they can be washed, rinsed and sanitized before they are refilled -operators are planning to do renovations in the off season, email inspector a copy of the plans for approval before renovations are done. Also an inspection will need to be done after renovations are complete and before facility is open in the spring -inspector to email copy of Food Truck guidelines for possible truck on site next year
