Bleach water @ 100ppm Cl in the 2nd compartment sink. Good
Lysol was in use for cleaning food contact surfaces. Please note that Lysol is not a food grade sanitizer. Use bleach water instead.
Downstairs freezers @ -18oC or less
Pest control service in place every two weeks.
Staffs were food safe level 1 certified.
Note:
Provide the following documents for the use of the prep kitchen in Vancouver:
1. A permit or approval letter by the Health Department
