All handwash stations equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water
Coolers at 4 deg C or less (ensure to monitor upright cooler continually to ensure it does not stay above 40 deg F)
Freezers at -18 deg C or less
Servery kitchen attached to main kitchen has cold holding units, all at 4 deg C or less
High temperature dishwashers in main kitchen and in attached servery were >71 deg C at plate level after rinse cycle
FOODSAFE certified staff on site

No signs of pests at time of inspection
*Note: there are 9 servery kitchens in facility. Each servery has a high temp dishwasher and maintains temperature logs daily. No concerns noted with temperatures.
