Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Noted 4 cartons of eggs left out at room temp due to lack of cold storage. The eggs were @ 8 deg. C. --> Transferred into the back cooler
2) Bean sprouts and 1 milk container were stored in the front cooler. Temperature of the cooler was @ 12 deg. C. --> Discarded during inspection.
