All violations noted on inspection # ZDER-AS7MZF have been corrected
-Cracked dry food storage container has been replaced
-All sanitizer buckets and bottles labelled
-Meat slicer has been cleaned and sanitized
*Ensure no other equipment or supplies are stored on unit once cleaned.
-All scoopers are stored in ice bath or stored try in sanitary container
-No cardboard is being used to hold raw food - noodles stored in stainless steel food container
-All double stacked food has protective barrier over food. Food is covered and protected from contamination.
-Sprouts and other cut veggies and sauces are in or surrounded by ice bath
-Back side kitchen door is closed during inspection - pest control tech will be in to make improvements to pest control/prevention devices.
