-General sanitation of premises was satisfactory
-Handsink supplied with liquid soap and paper towel
-High temperature dishwasher met sanitizing requirement. Rinse temp. at dish surface was 71.4C at the dish surface.
-Bleach sanitizer solution (100ppm) present and in use with wiping cloths for food contact surfaces and counters.
-Temperatures of cold holding units were acceptable:
-Freezer was at -9C
-Back fridge was 4C
-Small prep cooler was 3C
-Front fridge was 4C
-Display cooler was 4C
-Thermometers were present in coolers
-Observed food safe cooling practices. Small portions of soups were being cooled in an ice bath.
-Verified soup is from an approved source. (Invoice shown from Liquids + Solids)
-No signs of pest activity noted at the time of the inspection.
