Comments

This kitchen mainly used for hotel breakfast service. There is no room service or other dine-in services provided.

- Two handsinks are fully equipped.
- All coolers, including walk-in cooler at 4C or below.
- Freezers at -13C or below.
- QUAT sanitizer in spray bottles measured at 200ppm.
- High temperature dishwasher reached 71C or above at plate level during the final rinse.
- Overall sanitation maintained.
- Foodsafe level 1 certificates reviewed with the staff. Ensure staff to take refresher course before their expiry date.
- Ensure ice machine is cleaned routinely.
- No signs of pest observed at the time of inspection.
- General sanitation is satisfactory.

*Do not store glasswares/ dishwares on top of greasetrap.
