Follow-up inspection conducted for report# KLAI-CXUPGX Handwash station along the cookline noted with paper towel and liquid soap in the dispensers. Floor below the dry storage area now noted sanitary with no mouse droppings. Please monitor this area for rodent activities. If observed, work with your pest control company to mitigate and eliminate issue. Clarification noted during this inspection that the area below the storage rack with light coming through - there is no door or another room behind it. A window pane was noted instead - no entry point for rodent can be seen. Holes were previously observed on the exterior side of this wall but had been previously covered by the pest control company - continue to monitor. Sanitation noted by the large dish washer has greatly improved. Ice bucket stored on top of the ice machine now noted in good condition, with no cracks or damage. One of the sanitizer containers verified for sanitizer was detected with no Sink & Surface Cleaner Sanitizer - solution discarded and fresh sanitizer was dispensed for this container. Floor tile and wall repair issues are being addressed - this will be evaluated during the next routine inspection. No further follow-up at this time.
