Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - 2 handwash sinks (1 in front and 1 in the back) lacked paper towels in the dispenser. Staff stated that paper towel rolls have been ordered and will be delivered by end of today. In the mean time, 2 boxes of paper towels were placed at each sink for use.
- 3rd handwash sink was blocked with ladles. Staff removed all the ladles out of the handwash sink.
Corrective Action(s): - Please ensure that all handwash sinks have supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- Do not store any dishes in the handwash sink.

Routine inspection conducted.

Note - Facility was receiving shipment at the time of inspection.

Findings:
- General sanitation of the facility was satisfactory.
- Temperature of walk in cooler, 2x prep cooler, 1 undercounter cooler and 1 display cooler recorded at or below 4C
- Stainless steel freezer at -18C
- High temp mechanical dishwasher reached 71.8C on dish level during rinse cycle.
- 2 compartment dishwashing sink used for manual dishwashing of large cooking pots.
- Food was stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
- Food containers were properly covered and date stamped in the walk in cooler. Good.
- Staff has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate (Exp April 5, 2027)
- Permit posted at the front.
