Routine inspection conducted:

- Handwashing station adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers operating at/below 4'C; freezers operating at/below -18'C.
- Dishwashing sink equipped properly for manual warewashing.
- 200ppm chlorine solution available in a spray bottle.
NOTE: Ensure to add 1/2 tsp of bleach per 1L of water. Label the bottle as 'sanitizer' or 'bleach'. Use the solution to have all food prep surfaces sanitized PRIOR to initiating any food prep in the morning.
- No evidence of pest activity observed.

Facility maintained in a good sanitary condition. No signature due to Covid-19.
