-Follow-up inspection to July 13, 2020.
-Blender containers are disinfected with bleach sanitizer after each drink. Bleach was greater than 200ppm. To prepare 200ppm bleach, add 1/2 teaspoon bleach to 1 liter of water.
-Bleach sanitizer pail in the kitchen and front service area was at 200ppm.
-Sanitizer pails were properly labelled "bleach". Ensure containers are relabelled as needed.
-General food storage practices improved. Foods were properly stored off the floor and raw meats were stored below ready-to-eat foods.
-Scoops/spoon stored in a sanitary manner - spoons stored with handle sticking upwards.
-Screen has been installed in the back door to prevent potential pest entry.
*Ensure canned foods are transferred into food grade containers once they are opened. Do not stored the foods in opened cans.
-Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
-Signature not required due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.

-COVID-19 safety plan still needs to be completed and posted.
