Temperatures:
Upright cooler (Front of house): 4.1°C

Prep table: ~6.0°C
Monitor to ensure unit can hold temperatures of 4°C or less.
Recommended to adjust to a lower temperature.
Upright freezer (Danby): -14.8°C
Chest freezer: -25.3°C
2-door display cooler (Cardinal): 3.2°C

Upright fridge/freezer (dry storage): 1.6°C / -9.6°C
Chest freezer (dry storage): -21.8°C

Sanitation:
Washroom and Handwash stations equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels
High temperature dishwasher measured >71°C on the second cycle

All food items were stored at least 6" off the floor.
