Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-CEBTJC:

CLOSURE ORDER rescinded.

- All coolers have been repaired or replaced with a new unit.
- All coolers maintaining temperature < or = 4C.
- Working thermometers with NSF certification inside all coolers.
- Operator must begin daily temperature log for all coolers/freezers.
- General sanitation improved.
- Two compartment sink available to manual warewashing. Sanitizer available at 100ppm chlorine bleach solution. Ensure to follow the proper three sink warewashing method. Poster provided.
- No signs of pest activity. Pest control is done through the mall management.
- Please email all FOODSAFE certificates to the health inspector. Print copies and keep on site for review during the next routine inspection.

Downstairs storage locker:
- Upright cooler at 4C. Provide working thermometer inside this cooler.
- Three freezers < or = -18C.
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks.
