Only whole fruits and vegetables. Staff washroom is in sanitary condition. Chemicals stored adequately. General sanitation adequate. Reach in cooler observed at 4 degrees C - Thermometer available. Walk in cooler observed at ~10 degrees C; however, only whole fruits and vegetables stored within. Professional pest control in place bi-weekly. Latest report reviewed on site.
