Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dining room tables observed to be sanitized with non-food grade QUATs solution.

Observation: It was no water at the kitchen hand sink, which located near the prep. table/near the dishwashing area at the time of inspection.
Staff turn on water; however, the faucet is leaking. Moreover, missing paper towel at this hand sink.
The violation has been discussed previously.

Correction: Today. Service the hand washing sink faucet. Hot and cold running water must be available all the time.
Immediately. Supply the paper towel dispenser with paper towel. The hand washing sink must be properly supplied all the time.

Correction: Immediately. Provide a surface sanitizer for the bar area. The sanitizer must be available all the time.

Observation: Bar handwashing sink is blocked by the beverage cooler.
Correction: Remove the beverage cooler from the bar. The hand sink must be easily accessible all the time for handwashing.

Observation: Observation: Handsink at staff washroom located in kitchen area observed with not paper towel or other single-use drying method. Handsink in prep area beside vegetable slicer observed without soap in dispenser.
Health rationale: Without single-use hand drying method, food handlers are not able to dry their hands adequately and can potentially contaminate food.
Corrective action: Supply paper towel at staff washroom handsink and soap in dispenser at handsink in prep area beside vegetable slicer.

Follow-up Inspection conducted today for report#252157, NTSD-BMJRSP, NTSD-BE8QBS.
All critical infractions in report#252157, NTSD-BMJRSP, NTSD-BE8QBS have been corrected.
-1 handwashing sink at the front of kitchen, 1 handwashing sink at the cook line, and bar handwashing sink are equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
-bleach sanitizer measured at 200ppm chlorine present the bar area and kitchen area.
-beverage cooler is removed from bar handwashing sink.

-Handwashing sink, prep table noted in report#NTSD-C2YNLR have not been replaced. Require operator to add an additional handsink and prep table where the current dry storage rack is located. The current dry storage rack is located through the hallway between the cook line and dishwashing area. In addition, operator is informed to remove the dry storage rack to the back area past the dishwashing area. Operator stated that it will be corrected/addressed by March 2, 2022.
-all hand sinks in the kitchen was not observed to have leaky faucet.
-Operator labelled all bleach sanitizer bottles at the time of inspection.

NOTE: Send updated floorplan of the kitchen with the addition a handsink and prep table. Install the handsink, prep table, and move dry storage rack to the back area past the dishwashing area by March 2, 2022. Ensure paper towel is in paper towel dispenser and label all sanitizer spray bottles.

Consultation for opening a mobile outside the patio of the restaurant.
-Inform Operator to send Floorplan of the mobile indicated the major equipment layout including the size of the potable and waste water tank, food safety plan, sanitation plan.
-Inform that operator will also need to contact the city to obtain approval.
