Follow-up Inspection conducted today for report#252157, NTSD-BMJRSP, NTSD-BE8QBS.
All critical infractions in report#252157, NTSD-BMJRSP, NTSD-BE8QBS have been corrected.
-1 handwashing sink at the front of kitchen, 1 handwashing sink at the cook line, and bar handwashing sink are equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
-bleach sanitizer measured at 200ppm chlorine present the bar area and kitchen area.
-beverage cooler is removed from bar handwashing sink.
-Handwashing sink, prep table noted in report#NTSD-C2YNLR have not been replaced. Require operator to add an additional handsink and prep table where the current dry storage rack is located. The current dry storage rack is located through the hallway between the cook line and dishwashing area. In addition, operator is informed to remove the dry storage rack to the back area past the dishwashing area. Operator stated that it will be corrected/addressed by March 2, 2022.
-all hand sinks in the kitchen was not observed to have leaky faucet.
-Operator labelled all bleach sanitizer bottles at the time of inspection.
NOTE: Send updated floorplan of the kitchen with the addition a handsink and prep table. Install the handsink, prep table, and move dry storage rack to the back area past the dishwashing area by March 2, 2022. Ensure paper towel is in paper towel dispenser and label all sanitizer spray bottles.
Consultation for opening a mobile outside the patio of the restaurant.
-Inform Operator to send Floorplan of the mobile indicated the major equipment layout including the size of the potable and waste water tank, food safety plan, sanitation plan.
-Inform that operator will also need to contact the city to obtain approval.
