Routine inspection

- Hand washing stations fully supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. Staff adequate hand washing noted at this date.
- All coolers measured at or below 4C. Freezers measured at or below -18C. Temperature log is to be kept updated.
- Chlorine 50-100 ppm detected in dishwasher final rinse water. Chemicals noted supplied and stored properly. 2- comp sink also maintained.
- QUAT 200 ppm detected in spray bottles. Food contact surfaces such as cutting boards are to be sanitized frequently.

General sanitation
- Floor and behind equipment noted clean and food crumbs kept in minimum. Deep cleaning cycles discussed.
- Oven and vent hood noted clean and maintained.
- Garbage management noted satisfactory.
- No sign of pest activity observed at this date.
- Customer and staff washrooms maintained.
- Ice maker was clean and ice scoop stored in sanitary condition out of ice bin.
Dry storage noted clean and maintained. Kitchen is well lit.
