Routine health inspection (store, produce). Coolers at 4 degrees C or less. Freezers at -18 degrees C or less. Proper stock rotation practices appear to be in use (sample of items checked). Canned foods appear in good condition (sample of canned products checked). Hand sink in back produce area supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. Three compartment sink in produce area is supplied with hot and cold running water and built-in drain plugs. Quats sanitizer available at 200 ppm from wall-mounted dispensing unit and in labeled spray bottles. Sanitizer test strips available. General sanitation satisfactory. No signs of pest activity observed at the time of inspection. Premises serviced by pest control technician on a routine basis. Temperature logs maintained.
