Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Fries stored in box out at room temperature.
According to the chart on the walk in cooler the fries are to be "refrigerated"

Corrective Action(s): Fries are to be stored in cooler unless approved Corporate Food Safety Plan states differently.
Until such time as Food Safety plan is provided to Health Inspector store all uncooked boxed fries in cooler and keep fries in baskets to a minimum.
Email Health inspector LISA KIRKHAM at lisa.kirkham@fraserhealth.ca with copy of Food Safety plan stating Uncooked fries are able to stay out at room temperature for "X" amount of time. Currently no food safety plan exists on site.

Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] (Hand sink blocked with tray covering basin and not in use. Staff informed inspector that the sink was plugged and therefore not in use.

Comments

ALL ITEMS CORRECTED:
- Facility has been cleaned
- Sanitizer solution minimum of 200pppm QUAT available throughout cooking and food prep areas
- Rodent droppings have been cleaned and sanitized
- Handsink has been repaired
- Uncooked fish has been moved to lower shelf of prep cooler
- Temperatures of cooler units at 4 degrees Celsius
- Salad mixing bowls and tongs inside prep cooler

NOTE: one cooler malfunctioning. No food observed to be inside. Do not use until temperatures of less than or equal to 4 degrees Celsius are observed. (currently not in use)
