All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. No evidence of pests. Pest control is coming on site regularly. General sanitation was satisfactory. Produce department: Quats sanitizer solution was at 200 ppm. Hand sink supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
