Observation: Sanitizer was not made at the time of inspection. Manager was not on site and staff present were not aware of how to make sanitizer solution. Sanitizer solution (1L water with 1 tsp bleach) was made during inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to make sanitizer solution at the beginning of the day to sanitize all food contact surfaces before handling foods. The solution shall be changed at least every 4 hours. Store cloths in a bucket with sanitizer solution. Sanitizer may also be stored in spray bottles for easy application. Label all sanitizer bottles & buckets. DATE TO BE CORRECTED: IMMEDIATELY

Observation: 1. Areas around the hand sink by the entrance to the kitchen and the countertop above the ice machine are very cluttered.
2. Shelves are not maintained in a sanitary manner.
Corrective Action(s): 1. De-clutter the noted areas. Staff belongings (keys, phones, cigarette etc) must be stored in a separate place from food preparing areas.

Observation: 1. Mould accumulation on caulking around 1 compartment sink.
2. Chipping off of the wall by the dishwasher
