Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Did not detect any sanitizer in either of the containers with cloths submerged in the front and back food preparation areas.
Corrective Action(s): Change sanitizer as needed throughout the day to ensure minimum sanitizing concentrations are maintained.

401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No soap available at the three compartment sink. Staff member on duty purchased handsoap at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure three compartment sink had soap and paper towel at all times so that staff can wash hands between handling dirty and clean food equipment. Operator to have a permanent soap dispenser that cannot get relocated within 1 week.

Comments

Hand wash stations in the front service area and the back food preparation area had soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water.
All coolers 4C or less (walk in, under counter, prep cooler..etc)
Walk in freezer -18C and undercounter freezer - 16C
General sanitation satisfactory. No obvious sign of pest activity noted at time of inspection.
Quat sanitizer 200ppm at source dispenser.
Manual ware washing procedures reviewed at time of inspection – no concerns.
Ice machine appeared clean with scoop for ice stored in a separate container. Ice machine lid has been fixed.
All stored foods appeared protected (ie. stored off the ground, covered, lights in food prep areas had covers..etc)
