Routine inspection conducted.

Findings:
- Temperature of coolers & freezers:
Domestic cooler at 4C
Domestic freezer compartment at -17C
Chest freezer at -15C
Stand up freezer at -14.6C
Domestic cooler in dining area at 3C
Domestic freezer compartment in dining area at -16C
- All refrigeration units were equipped with thermometers.
- Handwash sink in dining area & 2 compartment sink in kitchen stocked with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- High temp mechanical dishwasher primarily used for dishwashing. Temperature of 77.5C recorded on dish surface during rinse cycle.
- 200ppm chlorine concentration recorded in sanitizing spray bottle. Staff prepared second bottle during inspection.
- Food storage practices were satisfactory.
- No signs of pest activity observed.
- Permit posted at the front.
- Staff has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate equivalent (Exp Dec 21, 2026).

Note - As discussed, some silicone spatulas are wearing out near the ends. Please consider replacing them after a month or as needed.
