Routine Inspection conducted: - Dairy cooler and display coolers at 4C or below - Display freezers at -18C or below, walk in dessert and bread freezer at -19.2C - Temperature records available and maintained daily - Food stored 15cm / 6in off ground and well organized - Products and food inspected are within best before and expiry dates - Ice machine in storage area is kept in good sanitary condition, scoop is stored outside of machine - No pest activity observed during inspection. Active pest control measures and monitoring in place - General sanitation of facility is satisfactory
