Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed staff diluting Quat sanitizer that is pre-mixed from dispenser - 50ppm measured.
Corrective Action(s): Do no dilute pre-mixed sanitizer as that lowers the concentration which lowers the effectiveness of reducing harmful microbes on surfaces. Instructed staff to refill the snaitizer without diluting, measured at 200ppm.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Front handwashing sink not equipped with paper towel.
Corrective Action(s): For proper handwashing, ensure all handwashing sinks are equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.

Observation: Ants observeed along the edges of the wall underneath the three-compartment sink. Ants also at the corner area underneath prep table beside the cash register. Ants can potentially carry harmful microbes and contaminated food.
Corrective Action(s): Please monitor the situation, use pest control like ant traps. Please ensure all food debris and residue are removed from the floor and corner areas, especially under tables and equipment. To be corrected by 01-June-2021.
