Premise is sanitary. No signs of pests at the time of inspection.
Hot and cold water available.
Hand washing stations in use with liquid soap, paper towels and running water.
200 ppm quat sanitizer in use. Bleach sanitizer also available on site when needed.
Dishwasher final rinse at 75.1C at the plate.
Dedicated staff to handle dirty dishes and clean dishes to prevent cross contamination - good.
Food protected from contamination.
Food safety plan in use for proper cooling of turkey and special event foods.
Utensils and single use items are sanitary.
Equipment in working order. Food dispensing units are acceptable.
