General observations: √ Hand wash stations fully stocked with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel √ Chlora-clean used as a surface sanitizer (chlorine based), manufacture's instructions reviewed and appear to be followed √ Low temperature dishwasher used for sanitizing bottles (bottles are manually precleaned), iodine manually fed as per manufacture's instructions √ Two compartment sink stocked √ Food containers up off floor √ Equipment appeared to be in good working order √ General sanitation and maintenance is very good √ No signs of pest infestation noted No concerns at this time
