General sanitation is good.
Handwashing stations (front/back) supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, and paper towels.
Coolers (display, walk in, upright) at < 4 C;
Freezers (the chest & upright) at < -18C.
Note: Hot holding unit is not in use at the time of inspection (no cooked food).
Three compartment sink - satisfactory;
Sanitizer/Bleach - available;
Surface sanitizer available in labeled spray bottles at 100 ppm chlorine solution.
Equipment is stored safely at the time of inspection.
Dry storage area for equipment (ie gloves, wiping cloths) - organized;
No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection.
Note: Nitrile gloves (latex free) being used.
Staff washroom - clean; supplied with cold/hot running water and liquid soap and paper towel.
