Hand sink supplied with liquid soap and paper towels, hot/cold running water
Coolers all 4C or below with exception of standing kitchen cooler which has been inconsistent over the week. Ranging from 40F to 46F.
**Please have this serviced.
Freezers all funtional
**Temperature records are getting well maintained, however it appears one fridge (sandwich prep cooler) is not on the checklist. When printing out new logs for use, please include a section for your dishwashing rinse temp.
Hot held soups measured >60C
Large hot holding unit not yet in operation at time of inspection
Dishwasher tested at 75C at plate surface (81C on digital reading)
Bleach sanitizer available in rag bucket at 100-200ppm
Spot checked various food contact equipment - maintained in excellent sanitary condition.
Desserts for lunch service are kept at room temperature during service.
**Ensure these products never exceed a cumulative 2 hrs in the "danger zone" (4C to 60C). If kept out during 11:30-1:00 lunch service, they are to be discarded after 1:00
General sanitation of facility good, no evidence of pests.
**Please keep your back door closed to prevent pest entry. Green bin / compost disposal bins are kept in this room and attract bugs and rodents
FoodSafe requirements met at time of inspection. Generally 1-2 staff are on site with a varying number of volunteers helping out.
