Inspection report: 259947 Confirmed ownership - same Same work hours as coffee shop One staff present - have a FS lev 1 certificate Low temp dishwasher - bleach used as approved sanitizer/ measured at 100ppm at the final rinse Please ensure to keep clear separation from " clean" side/ clean dishes and the " dirty" side/ mop sink at the dishwashing area/ air drying area. Suggestion is to install the separation wall.
