Staff stated she was cleaning before inspection; monitor to ensure unit can maintain temperatures of 4°C or less.

Sanitation
Handwash station equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels
High temperature dishwasher was not on at time of inspection
Staff stated cleaner was going to start their shift later in the afternoon
Bleach sanitizer in kitchen by dish pit measured 200ppm

Storage
All food items were stored at least 6" off the floor.
All products were either in original packaging or covered inside coolers.
Storage area was well-organized.
Chemicals and cleaners were stored separate from food preparation areas
