Observation: Food in 2-door glass front cooler has been thawed and refrozen. Product is mishapen and staff has provided videos and pictures to show freezer was putting out hot air when broken last weekend. TO BE CORRECTED IMMEDIATELY - TODAY.
Corrective Action(s): All food that was in freezer and thawed must be discarded as it was temperature abused. TO BE CORRECTED IMMEDIATELY - TODAY.

Observation: Evidence of rodent activity (droppings under shelves and carcass in back room.
Corrective Action(s): Immediately hire a professional pest control company to come at least weekly. Submit receipts to inspector by email. TO BE CORRECTED IMMEDIATELY - TODAY.
