- 3 compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. Sanitizer available at 200 ppm Quat.
- High temperature dishwasher reached 74C at the plate level.
- Surface sanitizer available in bucket with presoaked cloth at 200 ppm Quat.
- Dry storage area is good.
- No signs of pest activity noted at the time of inspection
