3) Ice scoop observed to be placed directly in the ice bin
Corrective Action(s): 1) Ensure Rice scoop is kept in either dry conditions or in a ice water bath at all times.
2) Empty ice bin, clean and sanitize ice machine grill prior to making ice again.
3) Ensure ice scoop is kept in its designated spot when not in use to avoid the handle from touching the ice.
