2) cutting boards are worn out and have deep cuts on them as well as large amounts of discoloration. these cutting boards cannot be adequately cleaned because of the deep cuts

-2 chest freezers were measured to be -18C or less: -21.4 & -18.0C respectively
-3 coolers were measured to be 4C or less:
-2 display coolers: -5.0C and -2.3C
-walk in cooler measured at -0.6C
-chicken has been probed to be less than 4C
-food are obtained from an approved source and receipts were provided
-bleach is available on site. solution prepared is 100-200ppm
-all coolers contain thermometers
