Met with store manager, Sue, and she provided the following information:

- Abell is certified pest control - last invoice noted no pest activity at the time of service
- Hand-sinks equipped with liquid soap, hot and cold water, paper towel
- Dishwasher final rinse plate temperature measured at 71C
- All coolers (prep and standing) measured to be at equal or less than 4C
- All freezers measured to be at equal or less than -18C
- Temperature logs documented digitally and maintained
- Three compartment sink with plugs available for manual warewashing
- Valid and current FOODSAFE Level I certificate presented to health inspector
- Ice machine and ice box observed to be in sanitary condition
- Accurate thermometers are available in the coolers
