Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed ice machine in unsanitary condition. Mould was observed by the ice dispensing unit, pool of water by the pipes with mould. Bottom left corner of the ice machine also had mould growing. This is a serious concern as most summer beverages require ice.
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to empty out the ice machine, clean and sanitize with chlorine based sanitizer prior to running the machine again. Operator started the cleaning process during the inspection. Operator must update sanitation plan to include the ice machine and perform thorough cleaning regularly.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Refer to Code #301; ice machine was not maintained in sanitary and as such, ice is not protected from contamination
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to empty out the ice machine, throw out the ice. Ice machine must be cleaned and sanitized immediately prior to running the ice machine. Operator threw out all ice at the time of inspection and started to clean the machine.
