Observation: Employees were seen playing with their phones, eating at different stations of the kitchen, and storing their personal items in the kitchen.
Corrective Action(s): Personal items are a source of contamination, and must be stored at designated employee storage areas. Furthermore, if they are going to take out their phones while in the kitchen, make sure to hand wash before switching to the next task.

Small walk-in cooler at 3 C; Large walk-in cooler at 2 C; prep coolers top part and bottom part 3 C / -1 C; Freezers at -13 C.
Sanitizer readily available to employees; Lactic acid being used (SmartPower).
Hot holding units above 60 C.
Low-temp dishwasher at 100 ppm chlorine at plate surface.
Low-temp glass dishwasher at 25 ppm Iodine at plate surface.
General sanitation was excellent; focus a bit more on cleaning under the stand up freezers in the back of the premise.
Food storage satisfactory; FIFO followed, and all items stored at least 6 inches from the ground.
