Inspection conducted alongside committee member and volunteers. -Overall, kitchen is maintained in a sanitary manner -Both walk-in coolers are below 4C and food is covered and stored appropriately -Hot holding unit is working and holding foods. *Small portion of food is put out - good* -Dry storage is satisfactory. Pest proof containers used -High temperature dishwasher achieves 71C at plate level -Sanitizer spray bottle available and achieves 100ppm -Fume hoods are clean Note:Hard to reach areas in dry storage require cleaning Ensure hand wash sink tap remains on at all times.
