General: - handwashing sink stocked with soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water - sanitizer measured 100ppm chlorine in sanibucket - ensure wiping cloths are stored in sanitizer solution when not in use - dishwasher reached 76C at final rinse cycle - ice machine, soda nozzles and meat slicer appear sanitary - pest report reviewed - no concerns noted Note: Dishwashing sink is leaking, but operator is already aware and has called a plumber Note: Large prep cooler potentially has issues with freezing; operator aware and is monitoring - is aware to melt ice off sensor when needed and has already called technician Temperatures - pop cooler (cash station): 1C - small prep cooler: 3C - larger prep cooler: 1-3C throughout - walk-in cooler: 2-4C - cooler for glasses: -1C - upright freezers in back area (3): -17C or colder - warming unit 78C Report not signed due to COVID-19 protocol.
