General:
- handwashing sink stocked with soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water
- sanitizer measured 100ppm chlorine in sanibucket - ensure wiping cloths are stored in sanitizer solution when not in use
- dishwasher reached 76C at final rinse cycle
- ice machine, soda nozzles and meat slicer appear sanitary
- pest report reviewed - no concerns noted

Note: Dishwashing sink is leaking, but operator is already aware and has called a plumber
